1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE A PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED. Employees of Sponsor, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at their sole discretion without liability.

3. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, Eastern Time (ET) on October 11, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 PM, ET on November 1, 2007. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SWEEPSTAKES CLOSING DATE: 11:59:59 PM, ET on November 1, 2007. To enter online, visit http://okmagazine.com/silpada, complete the required information on the Official Entry Form, and submit the form as directed. Online entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, and E-mail address. Limit one entry per day per person, whether by mail or email; and only one entry per day per email address. By providing your E-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages from OK! magazine, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form. To enter via U.S. mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: Silpada Sweepstakes, c/o: OK! Magazine, 475 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10017. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail entries. Mail-in entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address and telephone number. All entries are the property of OK! Magazine and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. WINNER SELECTION: One Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 8, 2007 from among all eligible entries received and will be notified by telephone and/or E-mail. If potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Decisions of the judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. PRIZE: One (1) PRIZE: One (1) gift box containing: One (1) Silpada coral, bamboo, sterling silver charm necklace; One (1) Silpada oxidized, brushed sterling silver oval link necklace; One (1) pair of of Silpada sterling silver earrings. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE IS: $356, depending on exact prize components. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASES: Eligibility, age and claim by potential prize winner are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential prize winner may be required to sign before a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form within three (3) days of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner.

7. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any mail, telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any E-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an E-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the E-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an E-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning E-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address.

8. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and Prize Winner: (1) agree to be bound by these rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor and its parent companies, distributors and retailers subsidiary and affiliated, advertising, promotion and fulfillment and/or judging agencies from all liability, claims, action or proceedings related to the Sweepstakes and from injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of the prize; and (3) Prize Winner consents to the use by Sponsor of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
