Denied: Hilary Duff Not Tying the Knot!

Hilary Duff had a whirlwind weekend promoting her film War, Inc. at the Tribeca Film Festival, and her hockey star beau, Mike Comrie, was on hand to support her.

On April 27, the couple dined with Hil's mom, Susan, at the NYC eatery STK, where they cuddled while nibbling on shrimp cocktails.

The following night, Hilary,20, and Mike,27, attended the Tenjune Cadillac Lounge. "Mike looked protective of his girl," a partygoer tells OK!. "But Hilary was all smiles; You can tell she loves Mike."

Still, don't believe the reports that these two will walk down the aisle anytime soon. Hilary insists to OK!, "I'm not engaged!"
