Paris Hilton and Benji Madden are the latest couple to go public with their new romance, and they're heating things up — fast! On Monday, the hotel heiress and the Good Charlotte member were spotted at Pets of Bel Air, then later lunching with Benji's mom at a nearby restaurant. Meeting the folks already, eh Paris?

Rumors that the two were dating erupted this weekend, when Paris accompanied Benji to a DJ gig in St. Louis, Mo. Interestingly, Benji is the twin brother of Joel Madden, who is dating Paris' b.f.f., Nicole Richie. Nicole and Joel just welcomed a baby girl.

Rumors that Paris was to blame for Benji's recent split with longtime girlfriend, Sophie Monk, have not been confirmed.

Sources say Paris and Benji have known each other a long time but "they were always with other people and the timing was never right."
