As the camera panned over the audience last night during Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama's speech at Invesco Field at Mile High stadium in Denver, many in the audience had faces streaked with joy at his words.

Among those you didn't see on TV? The reigning queen of daytime TV herself, Oprah Winfrey.

"Just seeing [Barack] on stage, I cried my eyelashes off," she tells Entertainment Tonight. " I've never experienced anything like this. I think that what he had to offer the country tonight will make us all better."

ET spoke with Oprah at the convention, which ended last night with Barack's powerful statement to the nation he hopes to lead.

"Tonight I feel that I've never experienced anything like this," Oprah added. "It changed my life. I feel like I'm going to do better and work harder."

Catch the rest of ET's emotional interview with Oprah tonight!
