Tatum O'Neal has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for her June crack cocaine bust and could possibly have her charges dropped if she meets judge's orders.

Per Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Elisa Koenderman's mandate, the Oscar winner must participate in two half-day sessions in a drug treatment program and pay a $95 fee.

If Tatum completes the stipulations by her Sept. 4 court date, the case will be thrown out.

Tatum, 44, was arrested on June 1 when she was spotted trying to buy crack cocaine by her Lower East Side apartment in New York City. After a flurry of excuses and reasonings -- from asserting she was conducting research for a role to asking police "Don't you know who I am?" -- the troubled star, who has publicly battled drug addiction for years, blamed the incident on the passing of her beloved dog, Lena.

"She loved that dog," Tatum's groomer Jorge Bendersky told OK!. "I have so many clients, I can see them going through stuff with their dog; it's devastating. And somebody who has the inclination, or had a path with some trouble, it could push you over the edge, more when you are attached to the dog as you are."
