Halle Berry: I'm Going to Have an Ugly Baby!

While Halle Berry, 41, and the father of her unborn child, model Gabriel Aubry, are one of the world's most camera-friendly couples, the Oscar-winning beauty says that fans' expectations might be a bit too high.

"When you're pregnant, you have this idealized view of what the baby looks like," Halle explains to Oprah Winfrey on the chat-queen's show today. But what she says you don't like to visualize is the post-birth reality, with its "head smashed, purple, one ear folded down, eyes swollen."

But despite her misgivings, Halle says she and Gabriel are ready for a whole family of purple, screaming tots. "There's just one right now," she explains to Oprah. "But we're hoping right after this one to do it again."
