The scene on Thursday afternoon was filled with joy and emotion — and Jennifer Aniston couldn’t have looked more radiant as she walked down the aisle... for her upcoming film, He's Just Not That Into You, her first film since breaking up with her The Break-Up co-star Vince Vaughn.

And those on hand for the faux blessed event were left with the distinct impression that the former Mrs. Brad Pitt finally seems ready to take the matrimonial plunge once more. "Jen looked so happy,” a set insider reveals to OK!. “She was laughing and joking; her smile was radiant. And her hair, well it was her typical perfection -- straight and shining in the sun. She looked gorgeous."

The shoot took place on board a yacht decorated with flowers in San Pedro Harbor, Calif., 30 miles south of Los Angeles. Jen wore a knee-length off-white dress and was carrying a matching bouquet for the big scene.

And in smooching news, Jen and co-star Ben Affleck were spotted locking lips — for the cameras, natch! — in additional scenes shot on board the sailing vessel.

“Security was extra tight,” adds the insider. “They were taking a lot of precautions to keep people away and not give away details of the film’s story line. Jen has her own personal security guards on set who follow her everywhere.

Jen, who divorced Brad Pitt in 2005, is still looking for a perfect partner after splitting from Brit model Paul Sculfor. “She was really enjoying the wedding scene,” says the set insider. “Maybe this will spur her into finding the right guy to settle down with and marry for real.”
