Backstage at her widely adored justsweet fashion show in NYC, OK! overheard Jennifer Lopez offering up her advice for recently disgraced pop star, Britney Spears.

"It's not for me to say," J.Lo, who has had her own share of career ups and downs (remember Gigli?), explained. "Everyone goes through rough times."

And Jenny From the Block isn't the only celeb mouthing off about the "Britney Disaster." Former NSync -er Joey Fatone tells TV's Extra, “I felt bad, but didn’t. It looked like she was really lost. A lot of people… really want her to seek help… there’s something not right there, something needs to obviously be done before anything tragic happens.”
