How do I send a text message?
All phones have different menu options and buttons, and you should consult your user manual for specific instructions for your phone. Generally, however, by going to the MESSAGES option, selecting TEXT MESSAGE and then choosing NEW MESSAGE/WRITE MESSAGE, your phone will open a new text message. In the message area, use the keypad to type in the keyword associated with the mobile service you would like (you may have to press the numeric key more than once to display the letter you would like to type). In the area where it asks for the phone number, type in the five-digit short code 63422 and press SEND/SELECT. If you are still unsure, please see your phone's user manual for instructions on text messaging.
What is a short code?
A short code is like a phone number; however, it is easily recognizable and consists of five digits. OK!'s short code is 63422.
What is a keyword?
The keyword is the word you send in your text message that identifies the service your message goes to. Look around our mobile pages for promotions with keywords, and just send a text message with the keyword to 63422.
What happens after I have sent the keyword to the short code?
After you have successfully sent the keyword to the short code, you will receive a message back about the service you are trying to use. It usually takes less than a minute. However, there are sometimes delays on the network and it can take several hours to receive a confirmation back.
What if I do not receive a confirmation message?
If you are sure you sent the correct keyword, it could be that it was delayed at the network. Network congestion and bandwidth will sometimes slow the sending/receiving of text messages. It might also be that your cell phone carrier is not one that participates in OK!'s text services. The participating carriers are VerizonWireless, AT&T, T-Mobile¨, Sprint, Alltel, Dobson and Nextel/Boost. However, if it has been over 24 hours since you have sent your message and you have not received a confirmation text message, you can contact info@telescope.tv or call 1-888-782-2180 Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm PT for technical assistance.
Does my phone carrier support two-way text messaging?

Does my phone support two-way text messaging?
