As the star of Gossip Girl, Blake Lively has access to the greatest clothes.

She calls out Kate Moss and Sienna Miller as her fashion role models.

“I like to mix things that are ladylike and classy with things that have more of an edge,” the 21-year-old actress says.

She swaps jackets with co-stars Leighton Meester and Jessica Szohr.

“We’re different sizes, so it’s hard to share pants.”

What is her biggest fashion splurge so far?

“I went shopping at Jean Bautista Valley when I moved to New York because I didn’t have that many winter clothes because I was born and raised in California,” Penn Badgely's girlfriend tells me. “So I bought way too many jackets and warm and cozy outfits. I don’t know how much it was. I got good deals though.”
